Our goal for our affiliate program is to bring awareness to Kings Loot and acquire new customers. We are open to working with any types of bloggers, reviewers, websites and social media influencers!   

When and how we will pay you:

- We will pay you after you have generated $100 of commission

- Commissions will be paid once a month in the last week of every calendar month

- We only pay via ACH (Make sure your payment and tax details are complete)! 

 

- Cookie length: 30 days

- Unqualified Conversion: This is when a customer purchases outside of the cookie period after clicking the link.

- Kings Loot affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 15%. 

- We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, or erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill.   

- Affiliates are permitted to use Kings Loot brand and marketing resources available through Refersion. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials.   

- The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Kings Loot. Paid search or social marketing tactics to drive traffic are not allowed. 

-The Affiliate will not use discount codes that are not assigned to them to acquire sales.

- All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. 

- You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. There is also a limit of one commission per referral.

- Kings Loot reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Kings Loot or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network. 

-Kings Loot will not be working with any coupon sites. We will only work with affiliates that have their own list (i.e. blog, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
